Assuming you have windows you could just windows key + r and type %appdata% then go back, or up depending on how you view folders, one page to the App Data folder and find Local. Your Flash folder is probably in there.
You can have two different versions of Flash simultaneously though. I mainly use 9 but I have a newer version, 11 or 12 I think, that allows for rates and whatnot.
