I think Legacy should just be a nice way of moving obsolete charts away from charts that are more acceptable by modern charting standards. That being said, I think accurate charts 10 years or older and not Purchased should remain and others should be moved. And I would say that newer songs that are not terribly accurate should be legacy as well
