Cav's vote was placed with the intent to add pressure; not to kill.
Carrot's vote was placed with an intent to kill after the pressure had worked and Lefty posted.

Granted, while she may not have been aware of the votecount/insta-limit when the vote was placed, that doesn't change that the vote was -completely- unnecessary.
