Haven't played it myself either, but I've heard the good word for the new Wolfenstein game.
As for Doom, did anyone else like the Playstation port and the N64 rendition of Doom? I want the new one to go about using that as a base.
In fact, I really would like if the new Doom was like Doom 3, but with better shadows and gameplay similar to Doom 64.
