I think I'd feel good going Charles here. His posts bother me because every single one of them is neutral tone and he's prety much completely ignored the charu vote.
Also has no accusations against anyone else, and the only player to even mention him is Sunfan (praise the sun!).
Would be nice to see freezin or riot pop up sometime. Would be nice to hear more from blanket.
