Also, we lost David Murphy, which wasn't hugely significant for the team, but it broke my heart.
The Rangers have put a lot of faith into their home-grown guys, which I love, but they've had to supplement greatly for the top of their order, and I'm not sure how well they did.
The Alex Rios trade was a good one. Short term, since he was just to replace Nelly during his suspension, but I wouldn't mind if we kept him a few more years.
Seven year deals for Prince Fielder and Shin-Soo Choo, though? Way too long.
If our rotation can stay healthy I won't worry too much about pitching, which is VERY weird to say as a Rangers fan.
If the Angels picked up David Freese JUST to be a knife twisted in our sides I wouldn't blame them. Here's to hoping Hamilton and Pujols have five more underperforming years ahead of them.

Not to mention one of your top rivals has Cespedes, Crisp, and Barton to deal with too.
I'm really sad to see the A's lose Balfour, he was a great asset to the team, but unfortunately they're pretty broke. Doesn't stop them from being a great team though, remarkably enough.
I think the giants are going to be an average team at best this season. After their horrendous season after winning the World Series in 12, I'm sure some lineup changes will be needed to
