Yeah, that's Cosmo. He's a really good commentator with speedrunning in general. He can explain a trick, and mess on it, but still maintain his explanation without getting too angry.

I think in a previous marathon, someone ran Metroid Fusion and the commentary was amazing. He explained EVERYTHING that he was doing. It was the most entertaining run in that marathon. Shame I don't know the person's name or what marathon it was in.
