As long as you have a way to hook it up to your computer sure, just use something like Joy2Key/Xpadder or some other remapping software to change the pad inputs to something the game will recognize. If it feels like the notes are offsync/slow try playing with the offset. (Keep in mind some of the lower difficulty files from legacy are offsync no matter what you do. Just be wary of anything with "arrow beats by synthlight")
Remember to start slow/stretch first, don't want to hurt yourself.
