I wasn't referring to you, yoshl. In fact, I made my post before even reading what you said lmfao (I've been ninja'd a few times in this thread already). I was stating that based on many of the posts seen in the first page of this thread (I'm not going to point any of them out specifically).

EDIT: The counter argument still doesn't eliminate the fact that having to wait around isn't fun for the person that has to wait. In either case. So regardless if rates are locked-in or not, it's not going to make a happy camper for everybody.
