Argument for SD_TsuGamush bump to D4 2 years ago:

A bunch of FMO SDGs and some sub-50 FGO scores. One of the arguments was a 37-good Frictional Nevada, because that's not D3.

My argument for YOSHl being bumped:

fucking corecore AAA.

Plus that Music (For Kirby) SDG from 2 years ago that somehow didn't already warrant a D6 placement even though blackflags on Tsugihagi Construction and FN were enough to bump MrPreggers for the 7th tourney to D6.

And that's all I have to say. What do I care I'm still worse than half of my division atm.
First off: consider this your first formal warning. As mentioned in the OP and many times in the thread, do not complain publicly about division placements. Being that you did though, let me address things:

1.) SDGs on mid FGOs don't guarantee a D6 position. Hakulyte was placed D5 in the previous official with 7g on Breakbeat Acid (85), so it's not like this is completely out of the realm of impossibility. Consistency is important.

2.) FMO SDGs rightfully should be in D4, and FGO SDGs rightfully should be in D5, unless they stress a -very- specific skill; see: YoshL being put in D4 despite AIM Anthem AAA, and struggling to stay alive each and every round -- see: Zageron being left in D3 after Aim Anthem AAA, and getting eliminated on round 2 of D3 with a 100+ good equivalent score. No offense, but the 7th official tournament is FAR from the pinnacle of a good tournament, and comparisons with that tournament should definitely be negative ones. My (very blunt) two cents.

3.) Preggers being bumped to D6 based off of those two scores is completely unfair, but it is a difference in standards. Again, the 7th official tournament had a lot of flaws.

4.) /mu/tant corecore AAA is not going to make me budge for a D6 placement at round 3 given the fact that the song is less than a minute, and is very stressful on jacks which -- go figure, coincides with the skill point that YoshL happens to be good at. If the Scarhand get was on a considerably more technical file (see: Ketsarku Mozgalom [80], 2-9 [80], honki sentai [79]), then I would understand your point. All corecore has for difficulty is a 32nd wall, some 8th note jacks at 260 (very reasonable even for FMOs, considering things like bmv.578 have extended regular jacks at 160+ BPM 16ths) and some bursts near the end of the file. The fact that it's 0:43 seconds even further reinforces the fact that it shouldn't hold a strong merit considering that there's only one major spike in the file, and that it's highly replayable.

Next time, consider what you are saying before making a largely irrelevant argument.
