It might be properly rated 24 if you play spread (honestly I think it deserves to be higher even for spread), but remember a lot of people at this level might play index or 3-finger 1-handed, in which case rolls like that would be EXTREMELY hard.

Grace notes and rolls like that are pretty unique at that level, simply the difficulty of reading might be grounds to bump it up more.

The fact that the yellow note near the beginning is not properly PR'd bothers me unreasonably more than it should >_<
