Flash Flash Revolution - View Single Post - [R^3] After the first 3 arrows everything registers as a miss

Well that's strange. Is every hit a boo+miss or something or are presses just not registering at all? What happens if you save a replay of it?

Hard to suggest anything besides resetting all of your settings to the defaults though :/
