I kind of feel like anyone who kept gambling after they got into the negatives should be banned (at least temporarily) for exploiting the gambling hall bugs. The only reason someone would push themself even further into the negatives is to make credits appear out of nowhere (even if they weren't the one who got them), and nobody gets down to minus three million credits by accident. It's obvious way before that point that you are doing something that isn't supposed to be done.
