It doesn't happen at all on this file. In fact, it's very possible to hit 0 mines on 1.1 rate - I just tried it not too long ago but panicked at the end of the 24th note trill and dropped like 6 mines. The jumpstreams are more than doable if you know how to forcefully staccato.
