I have not done anything stupid in school, but during a game of kickball in gym class, a boy absolutely whiffed the kickball. If that wasn't bad enough, he had so much force on his kick that his leg shot straight up into the air, causing him to lose balance and fall flat on his back.
The whole class erupted in laughter, and the event quickly spreat through our high school.

But don't worry- even though no one forgets these things, no one consiously thinks of the time anyone does something stupid unless an event triggers their memory (like the same kid striking out during gym softball).
