When I was flying regularly, doing my pre-flights for just a Cessna 172 took like 30 min at least, much more if it was after a big break with no flight time.
I can't imagine all the work that goes into keeping a top-grade military jet in pristine order, I have huge respect for Air Force and Navy pilots and aircrew.
Flying is fun as hell but real complicated at times haha
