After hearing back from Ninty regarding his 2nd token, I've decided to make my ruling. While allowing the token to be achieved on R² creates a more unlockable token, it would be unfair to the one person who did it on the regular engine as well as non-veteran users who don't have access to R², so the new token requirement is to FC any 2+ minute VC on 3x speedmod on the velocity or legacy engine. If R² becomes public, it will be considered a normal engine, allowing it to be used for this token.
