Surely the easiest way (since 5 panel presses are rare and usually in isolation) is hit the bottom 2 and the middle with your feet, and the top 2 with hands? Although for style I remember there was one song I always used to end with 2 feet on bottom arrows, knees on top, hands in middle. Can't remember the song, but the last note was all 5.
