Few notes:

On V2 template, the size of the header area is determined by the banner size, and the avatar height. The only case different is, the minimum height on the header area is 217px, so you can't go shorter then that.

Not sure if anyone has this anywhere, but to toggle between the cloudy bars and the solid color bars:
