A) You access it via the token genre. When you are in the song-selection menu in the game itself, find the "token" genre and click it. In it, you will find all the tokens you have found/achieved. You also have a "skill" genre, where all your skill tokens are kept. I will explain these underneath.
B) You "use" it by playing the song! Every token represents a new song.

EXTRA) There are "skill tokens" that you can achieve as well. These are more self-explanatory, as they require you to play songs in particular ways, for you to unlock them. Here is the list of all the skill tokens you can unlock up to now:
