I actually really like this idea as a general way to keep certain accounts out of the main high score tables. Cheaters, alts, and temporary accounts (gamewhore stuff, accounts for multiplayer, accounts to see how quickly you can do stuff, demonstration accounts like IHaveNoAAAs) would all be ghosted instead of blacklisted, and then they'd have a working levelrank with a rank for each song based on their score, with the only difference being that none of the scores would actually go into the high score table.
