Well, Caprice, I think should stay an 11 (if we're going to continue using this difficulty system, lul NO). But Rev Etude, I personally don't think should be a 13. It's true, it's quite difficult, but I mean, it's not exactly as "over-the-top" as the other four 13's (including Speedcore 300).
EDIT: also, we're only making changes to levels 10+. Anything below that has nothing to do with me or the other two working on it.
EDIT2: Oh ya, and uh, here's another 3,500 credits for you, Midnight.
