This is impossible.
For you to do something extremely similar, just cut the freeze arrow 1/64th before the mine and restart the freeze arrow 1/64th after. ( Not recommended).

Tranzport just had a hold that went into a negative BPM with mines afterward. Theoretically the mines were placed at the same TIME as the hold but actually wasn't in the same location. |
