I've got the same thing with my fingers, except I have to do it all the time, not just when playing ffr/sm. It's so annoying. Same with my toes too, but that doesn't matter as much lol. And I've been like that my whole life =/

Blinking was never a problem for me until a couple weeks ago. Don't know why... Maybe I need to vacuum XD
