well obviously my opinion will have changed quite a bit over the years, so if i divided my life in slices, i would get these 5 in chronological order

1997 - pokemon red/blue (you weren't cool if you didnt play this back in the day)
1999 - Chrono Trigger
2000 - Pokemon gold/silver (still probably one of the best games of all time)
2002 - Sonic Adventure 2 Battle/Animal Crossing (played both over like 300 hours lmao)
2003 - Counter-Strike 1.6
2005 - Paper Mario
2007 - Phantasy Star Online (i still play this hehu)
2009 - Blazblue Calamity Trigger

now if i was listing games that i had the most fun with other people, that whole list would be different (goldeneye sup)
