Actually he was banned for posting where to find illegal content. I did him the favour of just editing out the link and warning him, but since he decided he wanted to slap me in the face for being nice, he got only and precisely what the clearly stated punishment for what he did was.

Also, I'm not sure how I could have been a jerk to you since I have absolutely no idea who you are.
