The team doesn't require any specific commitments whether you're in the competitive team or non-competitive team. Just sign up and you'll be in the roster for whenever you decide to join in any events.

I won't take anyone off for inactivity.

I'll talk to Llama about it. It's an ok rule but I don't want there to be huge tensions between someone who is unsure about what team they want to hang in. Also, it's ok about Vanilla choosing DF, again, I do not mind about someone wanting to support another team. The fact that a person is supporting a clan makes me happy because it still encourages competition. It's not that I don't care about the team, it's that I don't care about who you choose to ally with, as long as you support the cause.

Probably no harm meant in this comment, but I wouldn't ever say something like that in another team's thread. Like I said--you guys are more than welcome to post in this thread because obviously we've got friends in and out of the team activity. I'm just asking nicely that there's no recruiting in the other threads.

Same goes with all TC members. Don't try to recruit in other threads. MP is fair game for anyone to recruit, but don't go on a team's home thread. I love teams communicating each other for the better because it makes events more possible.
