There's a [Light], [Standard], and [Heavy] on the band's widget (corrected—see below), so the steps that are in FFR have the [FFR Chart] label.

Oops, sorry about that. I didn't even remember FFRock. Makes more sense for it to be the "FFR Chart", then, 'cause it only has four arrows... Yeah.
