I've always thought that the people who placed top 8 in the last official tournament should automatically be moved up to the next highest division. I mean whats the point of having someone win the same division multiple times.
EX that would mean the top 8 from D4 in the last tourney:

Should all be D5 now im my book. This gives others a chance to not only win the token, but the prizes too.
