Im cant seem to login to multiplayer or profile chat or whatever it's called

When I go to play ffr multiplayer i click go and then it just sits there loading

I reallly want to kik some ass!! how do i fix this problem? I've tried logging out, clearing cache, etc. My friend has played on this computer and it seemed to work ffine for him.

Oh ya and since this is my first post, you can look at my profile to learn more about me ^_^
