Re: 11-year old graduates college
he's a ****ing martial arts champion he has a life
They say he started college when he was 8 years old. This makes me think that he took all of the required standardized tests and stuff to get through all the years of school and skipped all the social aspects of the schooling. Normally, I would say that's negative, but since he does have a life outside of his schoolwork I can't criticize him. I have a friend who teaches kids martial arts and many of her lifelong friends came out of those experiences so I assume he's getting the social networking any of us would get from school, which is really just a glorified day care for working families.*
*I'm not saying that the educational aspects of school are unimportant, I'm just saying that the stay here for seven hours a day part has nothing to do with actually learning material. It's more about learning how to interact and learning how to learn, which are very important skills but really don't have anything to do with educating the kids.
