Actually, I think it is possible. Sometimes, when I load a song with alot of arrows, like FF7 or Hellbeat, then there's no music and the arrows go really slow. This happened on FF7 last night. I played through it like that just for fun, and ended up getting a score of about 1 million. And I didn't even full combo the thing, and most of my hits were Average, so I think it might be possible to get well over a million of the song is Full Comboed, and there are alot of Perfects.
