No, never. You guys need to stop thinking with emotions. The law will never try a youth, no matter how heinous of an animal crime it may be, as an adult. It will just never happen. Hell, it took forever just to get adults jail time for animal abuse. Kids won't get jail time. The case would be shot down before it even reached a court room. Whether or not you believe he should or should not be, the law trumps all emotions/thoughts. It states that a minor is not to be tried as an adult. (not word for word, but summed up) That's how it'll always be.
