The kid screwed up huge and is dumb enough to tell/show everyone. He must go down and his cocky little friend that helped.

Yeah, he screwed up, but he still won't go to prison nor will he be tried as an adult. That petition is useless and pointless. It'll be just like the teens here who tied up a puppy and dripped acid on it. They got a few years in a juvenile detention facility and a large fine. That's all that can legally happen.
