age means nothing to be tried as an adult, you could be 12, shoot someone intentionally and be tried as an adult. don't feel bad for this b**** because he is underage and could be tried, he deserves it for doing this to an innocent animal and is helpless the whole time.

the b**** must go down, he need to go to jail, drop the soap and hope he comes out crying.
