I've seen some horribly geared tanks. I tried running heroic UP with a 15k hp Paladin tank. Everyone in the party easily had more hp than he did, including me. We wiped about twice before getting to Skadi and even though I thought we did fairly well, another player didn't and decide to leave the group. This caused a chain leave in the group. =[
