Let me finish the updates and I'll explain what's happening soon.

Ok, eliminations have been made, so here's what I'm planning to do:
All people with a TB have until 11 PM EST to submit, and cannot submit a score for this round, until the tiebreaker is over. But at he same time, everyone else will just continue the tournament.
