I got your file, I haven't been able to try it out yet. (not using my computer)

EDIT: I'll just put my opinions here.

I played your file using DWI, and it didn't work at first. When I opened it up, I noticed that you were missing the "#FILE

j.MP3" tag, so I just edited that in there and it worked fine.

I can't tell you if it's onbeat or not, due to my shitty sense of rythm, but you tried to make the song too hard. think about it, it's the Jeopardy! theme. (which reminds me, the name is of the show has an exclaimation point at the end, add that in) It's a bit odd having steps coming out of nowhere between beats. Try to tone the difficulty a bit, otherwise it's great.
