As for TRoL and ToDK:

TRoL: Could be a 6. Factors for it being a 6 are the 32nds and song length. Otherwise, it's not that fast and would be a 5.

ToDK: Comparing it to Horizon (6):
1) It's less than half as long.
2) Similar patterns (12ths, 16th stream fragments/"bursts") and about equal difficulty, except Horizon may be slightly more difficult (a few unnatural breaks in 16th note bursts near the end) than ToDK (breaks in 12th note streams and 2 short 24th note bursts) and is pretty consistent in difficulty throughout.

I say 5.
