I usually don't realize it until I start sweating, then I suddenly am unable to do well on anything until I turn it back on. Getting around 100 in the Houston area pretty regularly now, so I definitely hear that.

For me, it's got to be looking at the annoying little flying squares in the backgrounds of some of the older, easier songs. Trying to improve average rank by AAA'ing all the beginner stuff I've never even paid attention to has certainly proven to be more difficult than I'd imagined for this reason. Not to mention the crazy guy's head in the background in Euphoria [Antimonie]. I caught myself wondering why he was wearing those sunglasses a few times and missed an arrow because of it.
