You still move up and down the ladder as normal, you just get an arrow next to you showing your recent move(s). And thanks for the new arrow pics

EDIT: Not to be picky, but your pic for the green arrow has a jagged edge on the left >.< I'm gonna keep my old ones unless you can clean it up a lil, hehe. I'm such a perfectionist...
