EDIT: I think Silver_Brian's AAA will make us lose 10 and them gaining 50. My prediction. I just have no clue how the scores gets added anyway, haha.

I think I understand it now:

England should have 390 after he puts hoochan's score in, and Norway should have 140.

They will not gain anymore than the 10 he gets from AAA'ing the song(He is tied with 1st). He already blocked a goal because his 1 good beat your team's 2 goods. Their chasers have to AAA their songs just to score because hoochan(Keeper) got 1 good.
