2. Under "Browse by Composer", click on Chopin
3. Revolutionary Etude is listed as "Etude c-moll" Should be Opus 10, No. 12. It's public domain, so it's free to download the sheet music. You should find a "Letter .pdf file" download link. That's what you want.
