to the first paragraph, yeah, like those things in legendary etude, a step quickly followed up by a jump

and toward the 2nd paragraph, its like hitting a jump with one finger, if youve ever played a file with jumps one fingered, you can hit both steps of a jump fine, just with enough speed. and the timing windows in this game give you plenty of time to hit all the notes in a jump
