oh **** i must've made a mistake somewhere with my logical process, because I'm getting that booster-less Ice Strike is stronger than with Booster.

Looks like I am going to have to do scaled up damage per second formula comparison rather than straight skill base using numbers I have at hand. I'll have to manipulate the numbers to get the millisecond timing of it, rather than the cast per time rate.
