Just Google it.

It's pretty self explanatory, just hit the record button while playing the ogg in WMP or whatever. It should be at a low enough quality not to matter at default. If not you can just adjust the audio quality slider.

You'll have to convert back to ogg after, probably, because I don't think Goldwave supports ogg format, but that's simple enough.
