Magician (noun): A stage performer who prays on gullible people and cons them out of their money by using elaborate props to trick them into thinking that the magician can somehow control the laws of physics.
Magic isn't real. If it were real, why would people
only use it to entertain people?
There are thousands of different religions out there. Likewise, there are millions of Gods. In every culture you find stories similar to those found in the Bible. Take a look at how man progressed through time, and who was the popular "God" at the time.
Primitive man worshiped nature (planets, animals, rocks, rain, water, and most importantly, the sun) because his understanding of the natural world was non-existent. As man's knowledge about the natural world grew, he no longer needed mystical figures to explain the natural phenomenon he saw daily. But there was still a lot that could not explain, which is why multiple Gods were eventually replaced with one all seeing, invisible God along with a cast and crew of invisible angels and demons accompanied by extreme prejudice towards outsiders.
Modern man, with his faith in science, has proven that the concept of God, as we know it, cannot exist in our Universe. God might exist, but it won't be any of the Gods from the world's theistic religions.
