Actually that's a great theory but I'm going to add a bit to it to make the full circle. Possibly humans were the pets of some higher species, and when this higher species had no use for us..or had some other purpose in mind, just dropped us on our asses here on earth. The similarity between apes and humans is astonishing but may just be a coincidence since there is no link between humans and apes. Also humans don't seem to fit into this world, we spread like a virus and consume everything in our path. All other animals know how to not deplete the environment. Well now if you'll excuse me I'm going to go check myself for ass-probes...
