like was said, it would depend on the fear. I don't understand a lot of them, for example (as was said earlier) the color red. The only thing i might think could put that with death is maybe something someone saw that triggers the reaction. "I saw this happen and it could happen to me too" kind of thing.

The more common ones, like fear of heights, fear of water are more direct, fear of falling and dying, or fear of drowning... they could obviously be linked to death.
