I'd say I'm pro-death penalty, especially when the victims are children. I mean, it's disgusting when I hear on the news that a 3 or 4 year old was murdered. What I'm saying is that, is someone intentionally kills a child, they don't deserve to live. WHat did they ever do to diserve that fate?

Also, I've done some research on this subject a couple of years ago, and like Ambercrombie0909 said, it's cheaper to administor a leathal injection than to keep an an inmate alive for 20...30...40 years. Besides, there is already a problam with prison overpopulation. Erecting new prisons cost millions (possible slight exaggeration there).

With DNA testing and improved technology, the chance that an innocent person will be convicted dramatically decreases, the only exception being due to planted evidence, but that's a whole other animal.
